Baking and Cooking Opportunities

This week, we will be making a delicious gluten free Vegan Fudge with the help of Aviva Eagle. Below is a list of ingredients that you will need to have for this Zoom event. Aviva will then guide you thru the steps to prepare this yummy fudge. Happy Baking!

Rosh Hashanah vegan fudge fun & easy (gluten free)

• 1 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

• 1/3 cup coconut oil , melted

• 1/4 cup cocoa powder (or raw cacao powder)

• 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• Pomegranate

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature at least an hour before class starts.

You will need:

Medium bowl, Measuring cup, Measuring spoons, Mixing spoon

9 inch square dish if you have it or a smaller one if you prefer

Parchment paper
